Note: YouTube widgets are available to all Lite, Pro and Developer plan subscribers.

Adding a YouTube widget to your website that automatically displays videos as you post them to YouTube is a great way to grow your audience and engage with your website visitors.

With SnapWidget, adding a widget to your website is very easy.

To create your YouTube widget:

  • Visit your Dashboard and click on the Create a New Widget button on the right

  • Choose the YouTube grid or board widget (The board widget displays the video description underneath the thumbnail)

  • Enter the URL to your channel or user into the Channel Link field

  • You can also set the widget to open the videos in a lightbox, keeping your visitors on your site. This option is available under the Advanced Settings tab.

  • Once you're happy with the look of your widget, click on the Get Widget button to save your widget and get the code snippet you will need to add to your website to display your YouTube widget.

The widget will automatically update with new videos as you post them to your YouTube channel or account.
