Subscriptions added after 1 April 2017:
You can update your Payment Information under Settings -> Billing

Subscriptions added before 1 April 2017:
If you see the following message: "Please visit our help section or contact support for help with updating your payment information." it means you are still on our older billing system.

We are currently in the process of changing our payment provider. Because of this, you will need to first cancel your current subscription and then add a new subscription with your updated payment details.

To cancel your current subscription and add a new one, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in at https://snapwidget.com/login and then go to your account settings page where you will be able to cancel your current subscription: https://snapwidget.com/settings/subscription
  2. Once canceled, you can upgrade your subscription again here: https://snapwidget.com/upgrade
  3. Once you've chosen the subscription plan, you will need to enter your updated payment information to start your subscription.

Your subscription will now be active and all your Pro widgets will work as before.
